The former couple came together to walk the ramp for dear friend Manish Malhotra’s fashion show – called The Walk for Mijwan.

We have always loved the effortless chemistry that these two share – from playing lovers destined to be together in Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani to the soulful Tamasha. It was definitely no surprise then that they swept us off our feet once again last night.

Ranbir looked handsome in a black sherwani with intricate white embroidery while Deepika was a sight for sore eyes in a white embellished outfit. Both outfits, as well as the rest of the special collection had been worked upon by talented women who work under Shabana Azmi’s NGO Mijwan’s umbrella.

I mean just look at them – the hand holding, the glances, the sweet smiles – they do look SO good together. And while we love Deepika Padukone with real life beau Ranveer Singh, a tiny part of our heart does wonder what it would have been like if Ranbir and Deepika had worked out together.

That is not happening though, because there is strong word about a Ranveer – Deepika wedding this year, which we are really happy and excited for.
